Due to Bluesky's NSFW posts, I decided to delete my account.  I hate when people/bots don't label their posts, because I have--er--had a lot of words blocked.  I used to love Bluesky because I could block certain words and curate what I was seeing, well for the most part because it doesn't work on images.   I don't know why Bluesky thinks I want to see some mostly naked women sitting on toilets, someone popping a boob out in public places, and Furry Porn, but I really really don't.  No matter how many accounts I block and report, more just randomly show up.  I don't know if that's just what Bluesky is: NSFW, Furry Porn, and politics.  I see more sexual posts than the artists and spiritual folks that I follow.  It's basically Meta.  They say Bluesky doesn't have an algorithm...are you sure?  With Meta, even if you click a post to block, it thinks that you want to see more and more of that kind of post.  Even if you just hover...

 Sometime this morning, I woke up from an intense dream--second one this week and with the same theme!  Except this time, I woke up in a panic--heart pounding, quick breathing.  But the dream wasn't nightmarish--not really.   I went to one of my favorite local spiritual shops called The Magical Druid to see my local grove--Three Cranes.  Then suddenly I wasn't feeling well.  It was like I was being possessed without my consent and I couldn't remove the entity.  I couldn't because it wasn't a stranger coming into me from the outside, but an entity within me, emerging .  Maybe I've been watching too many Alien movies lately?   Prometheus and Covenant are good, though!  An entity not laid inside of me by a devious synth, an airborne virus, or a face-r*ping alien.  Something part of me.  Something that IS me.  I've had lots of thoughts on my mind this week...well, for a while, but moreso this week, now that I'm finally enrolled in the PCP.  Thoughts concerning the future of Hearth Fox Oracle.  I started this psychic business because I wanted to use my abilities and skills to help people.  I never wanted to become a Big Name Pagan or to be famous.  I did want to have regular income doing something that I love, under my own ethics and not a corporations. I researched, I observed, I studied, I networked.  I challenged myself.  I did psychic fairs, expos, public, group, and private sessions.  I branched out by selling my artwork and handmade divination tools.  I helped people with their spiritual problems and spirit problems.  I've blessed homes, banished nasty entities, taught folks about paganism, witchcraft, and psychicism; and a lot more.  I've literally saved lives, too.   But I'm not great at selling myself.  I don't wan...

You know, I wasn't even into foxes before 2017.  They were pretty, and I had seen a living one in a field once from the car when I was little, but they just weren't on my radar. I’m a little burned out, so I’m closing my Substack . I’m not making any friends, HFO isn’t growing, I’m not gaining any customers, and even though I have 10 readers, no one opens up my stuff, hearts, or even comments. Not even a little interaction to let me know that there’s actually a person there, and not just a bot. Even with my business cards, hardly anyone visits my websites! What’s the point? Just to have an online presence? Why, if there’s no traffic? No business growth? It’s just a waste of money, paper, and effort. Who am I writing for? Posted to my Substack ,  " Last night, I tried sending energies to the LA protestors (which is how I help when I’m not able to be there—I’m a völva and so I cast), but the Gods stopped me, saying it’s being handled and that I need to focus on my family and local area. Today I woke up from a dream where I was getting my entire body painted and I had to hold really really still. I tried, but my body was cramping and exhausted. I was trying so hard, and the artists were understandably frustrated. After a break, I was able to relax and focus—meditate. Finally I was able to sit up so they could work on my face and my front. Next break, I was able to take a peek and see that they were turning me into a beautiful black Medusa and peacock phoenix hybrid, covered in storyboard “tattoos” that I couldn’t see.   Today was Dayton Pagan Coalition ’s Psychic Fair at Kettering Polen Farm, here in Ohio. Overall, today went really well! I was pleased with the turnout, despite the chilly day, and out of 15 20 minute slots, I had 9 customers. I’m kinda glad that I only had 9, because one of those wiped me! Not completely out, but it was an intense session! It’s not easy holding an angry God back—this deity wasn’t angry with the person, but with their situation and the assholes in it. I regularly practice consensual possession, but for in-person events, I can’t do that, because I’m in a roomful of others, and it ain’t all about me or that entity. So I give entities control over my arms and hands, so They can write, draw, and use the tools. This deity—I’m surprised They didn’t break the pen (which has happened)—tore up my notebook with angry, hard writing. There was one moment when this God was really “pushing” on me with His energy. I’ve been making big changes to my business this year, choosing to focus more on the psychic part of Hearth Fox Oracle, and remembering why I wanted to start this business in the first place. As I pack up handmade products that never sold or the wasted money on packing and crafting supplies, I can’t help but feel sad and mediocre. Then this rune rolled out from my business shelf. Ingwaz, the rune of Freyr and Fertility. I know good prosperous things will come from this big, necessary change, but it’s also okay to grieve what didn’t work out. Grieve, heal, and move on.
