On Thursday, I attended a guided meditation with my friend Hawth Reiter .  I've attended many of his dark/new moon with Hekate sessions over the years (Hawth is also who taught me about Anchoring and body scanning.  Great teacher, fantastic conduit--check him out, book a session.  Highly recommended). Onto the meditation. After anchoring, Hawth takes us to a stairwell that lead down into the earth, where you'll find yourself in a cave or a room, then we leave through a door that leads out to a bonfire.  Months ago, my cave collapsed, because Hekate was all about me following the Sun and the Moon to do my shadow and light work above ground, so She opened the earth to let Sunna and Sister Moon's light in.  I go to a huge hole in the ground, which I usually just jump or climb down into. March 20 :  Spring Equinox - March 20, 2026 The Sun is strong enough to carry itself higher into the sky! Reindeer Mother has calved and shed Her antlers!  She's reunited with Her herd! Now it is time for Rabbit and Serpent to take Their places as Gatekeeper in my ADF Druidry! Also it's the Epopteia, Persephone has returned from the Underworld, walking with Life in every step!   Prayer Beads for Elen of the Ways, Reindeer, and Elk Dec 15, 2023 This post is about another one of my Spirit Guides and Deities:  Reindeer Woman/Mother and Elen of the Ways.  Like Hestia-Vesta, sometimes They appear as one entity or two, although I don't hyphenate Their names, because it's a lot, and RM-EW is just too vague.  Sometimes I do use Their names interchangeably, though. On the 17th, I performed the Reindeer Ritual with my virtual grove, which overall went really well.  On the 20th, my family and I did our Yule Eve stuff, and gave offerings to our Winter, Solar, and Hearth deities.  We thanked and said goodbye to Krampus and gave carrots and oatmeal to the Yule Goat and Tomte. Come Solstice morning, the kids tore through their stockings to see what the Yule Goat and Tomte brought them, and then we did our gift exchanges.  After a nap, I attended the Three Cranes Grove's Heliogenna, which honored the Hellenic Sun, Helios.   Rev. Dangler fire scrying for the omen.   Which was a message about rekindling our fires so we can help others do the same within our communities.
