 Hearth Fox Oracle officially has a Ko-Fi account now for Tips and Donations.  Since online sales are slow and everyone's struggling, I've decided to be Donation Based--Pay what you can for an online reading, at least $5.00 USD.  I'm accept donations and tips now.   You can use Ko-Fi, Paypal, or Venmo. In-Person event session are still $20-35. Back in 2014, Hestia called me one of Her Hearth Keepers. Basically, my duty was to care for the Hearth—my home, family, and self. A title that I humbly embraced. A few years later, the Vestals began training me to be one of them. Not caring that I wasn’t a virgin and was married with children. I served the Hearth Mothers and cared for my home and family. I also served my community as a Home Cleanser, Astral Nasty Banisher, and a Home Blesser. I had learned over the years, that I was also a Home Healer. We didn’t live in any one place for very long for a little while. While we lived in various places, I was often met by pissed off spirits who also lived in those spaces.  Howdy!  Long time no post, although I have been active my Facebook .  Life's been day-by-day here.  My mom died back in October, and although she and I didn't have the best relationship (technically my grief journey with her started in 2020...well a little before that), it's hitting me harder than I thought.  Although I've been grieving a little longer than others, this is the finality, you know?  No apologies, no mending, me--once again--having to find closure on my own.  Listening to certain songs over and over....  Watching A Christmas Story Christmas over and over almost every day.  That movie's message was something that I really needed last month, except there weren't any surprise gifts under the tree on Yule or Christmas day.   With cPTSD and ADHD, I've struggled with insomnia for most of my life, but with this grief, I've been experiencing it more frequently than normal. Happy October it's *CINNAMON DAY! If you're not aware, every first day of the month, take a little bit of cinnamon in your hand and stand outside of your open door. Calm and ground yourself and charge that cinnamon...or awaken the power of cinnamon as it is a good money drawing spice. Say, "Money flows into my home. Money flows into our businesses, bank accounts, and wallets." Or something similar. 3,7, or 9 times. Odd numbers are powerful magik, you can also use any number that you associate with money, especially if it makes you happy. And/or visualize positive money flowing--money for rent, bills, food, and fun--through your door. When you're ready, blow the cinnamon in through your doorway. Hearth Fox Oracle is going to be busy this year.  Last year I did one vending event--the Beltane Psychic Faire with Dayton Pagan Coalition, and I really enjoyed it.  Trying to sell on Etsy or FB can be really depressing--fighting with algorithms and Pay-to-Win bs of those websites.  When I did my first vending event, I sold more within a few hours than I ever did on Etsy!  It made me feel great and worth something.  Like, people actually wanted my goods...which with Etsy and social media in general, I don't really feel that way.   I'm grateful for every customer, client, and supporter--yall keep me going in this competitive small business world.   After the success of the Psychic Faire last year, I began budgeting and talking to other local small business friends for opportunities.  I began planning and keeping my eyes open for events, as well as sharing events with my friends, so they'd also have the opportunity to make money. ...

If you're attending a ritual/invocation and are told to not leave until it's over, please don't leave, especially in the middle of the invocation. If you're not sure you can stay, or if you're not serious about what's going on, if you're treating it like a science experiment, a joke, or amusement, just don't go. It's rude, draining, and not good for health. This work isn't a game. Dealing with the public, I already had additional wards in place, including keeping the attendees safe from hitchhikers, even if they were to invite an entity into their space for "proof" or "fun". When a couple of people left in the middle of the invocation last night, the snap of energy wasn't that bad for me--not as bad as it could've been. But they didn't have the training or protection that I do. I hope yall grounded when you left. I hope you're not feeling like garbage today. If you are, please ground and drink plenty of water. ...
