In the spirit of March 17th, our High Day ritual focused on the energies of growing good luck and honoring Luck Entities. As it was a round robin, the three of us also had our D&D dice out, and Willow used the D4 to see which option of the script she'd speak.
"Let's roll for inspiration!"
Thus came the murder of crows and the old raven spirit (I love this bunch of spirits, because even though they can be chaotic with their many voices, they're also very direct in their answers and advice. They are a counsel, even if they sometimes argue and debate with one another during a session).
For the omen, a murder of Crow Spirits showed up and picked the Urban Crow oracle by MJ Cullinane. Willow and Fen recorded what I said and saw:
"Let's roll for inspiration!"
One of my D4s
I gotta say that I love that the three of us Druids in attendance were all D&D nerds!
Before ritual we were talking about different luck deities, and Loki showed up. Said that chaos was very much a part of luck, especially bad luck. Chaos deities like Him can aid us in dealing with bad luck--getting through it--helping to be prepared, helping to turn bad luck into good lessons and into future good luck through practical means, not always through miracles and magik--relying on other outside forces. Relying on yourself instead. That those experiences and lessons can help us read the signs of potential trouble or opportunity ahead--to know when to push through and when to wait. Life isn't always rainbows and marshmallow charms. Thus came the murder of crows and the old raven spirit (I love this bunch of spirits, because even though they can be chaotic with their many voices, they're also very direct in their answers and advice. Risk and Preparation should be switched
Jumper Card - Resistance: Go with the flow. Some birds are adapted to high winds, can be extremely chaotic, small birds know to hunker down, larger, older birds may have more experience and have bodies more built to know how to ride those winds. Allow deities to help you navigate the chaos, teachers of navigation through chaos.
Crow spirits hanging around in Foxlyn's room.
Marble. March combined with gamble?
Crow said "Roll the dice" to Willow. She rolled the D4: 1.
1 = the beginning, independence, leadership, and raw creative energy.
An old raven on her shoulder. Spirit raven nuzzles. Gwah, gwaaah.
3 card draw:
Wrath. Distraction. Influence.
All 3 represent resistance:
Navigation through chaos, through the resistance.
Some of these things are not avoidable, things are going to pop up. You might resist and you may succeed, but you may need help. Here comes chaos, sometimes navigation through chaos can look like accountability. Unhealthy habits, toxic comfort zones, cutting through chaos through experience.
Small birds get knocked around
More experienced birds read the winds and travel safely.
How can we be like the older crows, use our experiences and know how to navigate through the chaos? Foxlyn sees the word "Teeth", perhaps meaning communication, talking to people, support. Community, seeking support.
Don’t fight the winds, don’t fight your brain
Another jumper card- Preparation: Knowledge and experience help you prepare for the future. Don't fight what your brain wants to do, go with your inspiration, follow where it leads. Do something you enjoy instead of being distracted by drama-filled comments sections.
Crow jumped up on desk. Caw caw caw. Crow cawing, tail swishing. Gives no direct answer, only looks at Foxlyn.
Raven, how can we be like the older crows, older ravens, older birds?
Don't fight the winds.
Another Crow: Find kinks in the armor, kinks in the wind. Read the winds, find the path--there's always a path. Even if its a path to the ground. Take it or be crashed.
Another Crow: Ground pounded by the wind.
Risk card: trial and error, learning through trying. Come to us for advice but at some points you have to do a thing to figure it out. How to control your vices and distractions, what works best for you. All brains figure out and work differently.
To deal with resistance, take risks, learn from mistakes, to be prepared for the future, fight against negative emotions, against distractions, against our vices.

- Other people's anger, energetic wrath happening in our country, internal or external.
- Being distracted from your passions.
- Being influenced by vices.
