ADF Reindeer Mother Ritual Zoom on Wednesday at 8pm

I don't know how many of you Readers are ADF members, much less members of Virtual Fire Proto-Grove, but I'm leading a Winter Solstice ritual on Wednesday at 8pm for Virtual Fire on Zoom. I think you can attend, even if you're not a paid member of ADF, but I'm not in charge of the group so I don't know for sure.  You can message the Facebook Page and ask, if you'd like:

The ritual will be honoring Winter and Solar Deities, with a focus on Reindeer Mother and Her Journey to return the Sun to the skies. The others will be Julbocken (Inspiration), Elen of the Ways (Gatekeeper), Cailleach, Mothers Holle and Hulda, Sunna, Beavivvi, and Saule.

For this ritual, we'll be doing a Joy Spell, so I'm asking yall to bring:
  • Your own purification method (if you can)
  • Something to represent the Sun and/or Reindeer. This could be a stone, crystal, wood cut out, toy, statue, fiber art piece, wheel, ball, circle, sticker, a cookie cutter, a skein of yarn, a patch of fabric, or just a piece of paper. Be creative, but keep it simple.
  • Something to write/paint/draw with.
  • Solar Colors
  • Symbols/Colors that represent joy, courage, and love.
Like the Honeysweet ritual from August where I had attendees make hive cells or bees and write down whatever brought you joy--something to help nourish you through the dark winter, we're going to be doing something similar, only using Solstice energy, as well as offering energy to help the Sun Carriers take the sun high into the sky.
