Today I’ll be using the ROAR Oracle by MJ Cullinane. You may know from the Crow Tarot. On my path, this deck has been claimed by Lilith, and is the deck that I tend to use this month. So today’s IWD message will be from the Mad Goddess, Lilith.
This is also my first official psychic reading on Substack.
So let’s see how Lilith wants to deliver today’s message, by using my pendulum. So Lilith, are we doing a general three card spread or a Pick-a-Pile? Yes for P-a-P, no for card spread.
The pendulum swings to no.
General community message it is.
If you see words in Italics or in quotations ““ that’s Lilith/Spirit speaking. Sometimes it’s just one entity, sometimes it’s many. I’ll describe what I see, if anything.
This message may or may not resonate with you, but that’s okay. There’s a lot of us psychics and card slingers, I’m sure you’ll resonate with someone.
Lilith, what is your message for the community on this International Women’s Day?
Have hope. I know it’s difficult for many of you, especially those who’re more affected by these idiots than others, but you must have hope. Hope and drive to do and be better. Hope and drive to have courage and do brave things. Do not just sit on the side lines leaving it up to others. There are no white knights here, even so, they’d be crunchy snacks for hungry dragons. What wins wars are communities, not bloodshed. Hope strengthens castle walls and shields. Not fear. Hope and planning. Community together, each person playing their part. Hitting in waves, cycles of rest and battle. Only community can do that. Draw your cards.
Is the deck ready?
Yes. 3.
I haven’t looked at the card yet, but when I pulled the first one, I saw Anne Frank.
And I drew Anne Frank.
Be that light in the darkness. The lanterns. The voices. The Torch Bearer. Be that guide, find the others, lead them to safety. Lead them to Inspiration. Awen, as the druids say.
Anne Frank - If you are afraid, go outside and connect with self, nature, and the Gods/Energies. Disconnect from the screens—I know many of you want to be informed or feel that you must bare witness, but keep in mind that it’s a ruse, a way to keep you distracted and fearful and angry. Disconnect from electronics and reconnect with actual people and other living things. Rage and hope can flow together and create beautiful changes, but this kind of rage that bastard is creating is not a fertile rage. It is one that can kill spirits, and keep you all from empowerment and true change.
Maya Angelou - Temperance. A balance of Patience and Passion, this card says. Speak with grace, even when times are difficult. Rage can be calm and controlled. Rage can get your point across when used appropriately.
This card also speaks of knowing that you’re stronger than you realize. You’re not yet at your breaking point.
And to live life joyously. For it pisses off the trolls and greedy dragons to see that no matter how much pain they cause, you all still smile and rebel in joy. They can only break you if you allow it. Need help? Turn to community, you are not alone.
I also keep seeing Maya writing her stories and poetry with joy and wisdom and grace. Be more like Maya.Rachel Carson - When I read “share that love and joy of nature with the next generation” I suddenly felt a deep love and a welling of tears in my eyes. Instill this love with the young ones so they may grow up to heal and protect the earth.
Lilith is silent, but I see Her against a tree, eyes closed, smiling. Feeling the energy of the sun, the breeze, and the life around her. A moment of calm. A dose of grounding and health. A break for troubled and fearful minds. Disconnect from technology to reconnected with nature. Take away their power over you—the power of drama, of angry, of fear. Take away their power!
Invite others outside to just breathe.
Anything else, Lilith?
No.
Thank you for speaking with us.
Happy Women’s Day.
