She pulls my attention to a song playing called 'Been Worrying' by Cat Clyde.  She asks for us to set down the baggage, at least for the sabbat, and dance, smile, laugh, and be a little bit vulnerable.  Let down your guards and worries of what others may think and judge.  That is their baggage, not yours.  Dance, children, laugh!  A great big inhale and breathe.

"This path may not be easy for you; pay attention to the signs for the right decisions.  Look into your dreams, your meditations, your walks, your talks for the answers.  Pay attention, for we are talking and guiding.  Silence the talker who thinks they know everything--that anxious talker who thinks they're keeping you safe and sound.  That shit talker who knows nothing, only wishes to bring others down.  Silence, breath, observe and listen, chatterbox.  Breathe.  

Play today.  Play other days.  All work and no play is a real killer, perhaps not in the literal sense.  What is play to you?  What does it look like?  Feel like?  It's not just for kids.  Adults have to play, too.  Relax, breathe, laugh, joy.  What brings you joy?  What are you passionate about?  Perhaps all of your answers are there?  Unplug for a bit, without those lame excuses, and figure it out.  We grow tired of excuses and fear.  Break free from your toxic comfort zones and try a bit of happiness for once.  Rest and play.  Deep breath! "
