Happy Sunday. Here's a reading for the general community via Witch Runes.
Listen to your intuition to heal. Spirit says that your body knows what it needs to heal. Listen to it--to the aches, pains, exhaustion. Sometimes you may need to do a little detective works, like say the body is craving a certain food, well what is that food known for having? Iron? Vitamin C? Perhaps it's not the food, but a supplement? Or a trip to the doctor?
Could your pains or cravings be warning you about something? This is the time to listen. Self love and care are more than luxurious baths, treats, and boundary building.
