Intense Message From the Spirits Today, PT. 1

 With everything happening with Ukraine, I know many are feeling helpless and overwhelmed.  I like to save divination spreads that seems good, and the Overwhelming Tarot Spread by Biddy Tarot called today.  This spread asks, 

1. How can I better manage what I am feeling?
2. What are my feelings telling me?
3. How can I help others who are struggling?
4. What is the lesson in this?

This morning, two tools have also called: the Elder Futhark Runes and the Mythic Oracle by Carisa Mellado.

Warning: Spirit is furious.

Let's see what advice the Entities have to offer us:

Right off the bat, I saw "action". "Words are nice, but action is better."

What about those who can't act?

"Bullshit. As humans say, if there's a will, there's a way. You have options, instead of just praying and spelling."

Sometimes all people can give are prayers, spells, and spreading awareness. ("I'm seeing more 'shaking and crying' memes than anything else.") Surely that's gotta be better than doing nothing?

"Humans have forgotten what a community is. True communities. Communities come together and DO, instead of just PRAY and hope someone else takes care of it--admit it, that's what prayer is, ain't it. Pray so it becomes someone else's problem. Pray and give offering, so you can go about your day. Someone else's problem now."

That's not true for all of us. You're being very unfair and judgemental.

Scoffs.

 
Another Spirit: "And that is why true communities are important. So they can pick up the slack. Everyone has a job in a community. Humans have become lazy and complacent. Selfish and alone. Weak. You are all weak. Prove us wrong."

A third, "Why should we help you? Help yourselves! Help each other for a change! All you humans ever do is take take take and expect us to give give give. Ungrateful children!"

First Spirit: "If you have money for your precious subscriptions and coffees and sodas and Netflix, you can spare some change for CHANGE. Where are your priorities, greedy lazy humans? It's definitely not about your community, your village or tribe. It's about your comforts and ego. Don't feed me more bullshit excuses. If you truly care, you'll find a way to actually help people in need."

Fair enough.

Well, let's see how the rest of this goes.  I wasn't expecting any of that.  In fact it seems more overwhelming.  The Spirits are furious, but then many of us have been feeling that for a long time.  BUT action is their answer.  How can you fight your overwhelming emotions?  By acting.  Give those overwhelming emotions an outlet.  The Spirits above have a point, but as a human who understands human limitations, help however you can, if you wish.  

"Too soft."

How do you get a butterfly from a caterpillar? Do you wait for them to transform and emerge on their own time, or do you just crack that cocoon open like an egg?

I don't even know that it's worth doing the spread now.  But I've already got some cards and runes drawn, so let's finish it.

Spirits, due to the overwhelming emotions and helplessness many people are feelings right now, what general advice can you offer to any who reads this post?  Stay angry.

"Athena.  Calm head warrior." A softer voice whispers.  "Angry, but not reckless.  Fueled to change.  Think before acting."

1. How can we better manage what we are feeling regarding the situation with Ukraine? "Act!  Don't just sit there and cry and wallow, and send pathetic prayers.  If you really care, you do something constructive.  Too many "well wishers" in this world, not enough actual fucking help."
1. Bellerophon - Humility - "Be humble, this could easily happen to any of you.  Put yourselves in their shoes.  Wouldn't you want actions, instead of words and prayers?"

2. What are our feelings telling us?  "Enough with your whiny bullshit.  You're fucking witches.  Do something.  Act."  "2."  "Manifest a fucking heart."

Sowilo - Growth, Potential.  "If communities come together, you will be successful, you will survive.  Your responsibilities to make those necessary sacrifices to survive.  There shouldn't be people freezing to death on the streets or people going without food and shelter.  SHOULDN'T HAPPEN.   Sacrifice your comforts instead of humans."
3. How can we help others who are struggling?
1. Themis - Natural Order - Order is hard work, but necessary.  Restore the balance.
2. Nauthiz - Need, Emergency, Hardships. 
4. What is the lesson in this?  "No lessons, just shitty greedy humans.  Perhaps that's the lesson.  Don't be a shit human.  Don't be fucking lazy and whiny either.  You want to help the suffering, then fucking help.  Stop doing things just for Likes, Follows, and viral hits."
1. Gaia - The Mother - Gaia Speaks, "How stable is a one or even a two legged table?"  "When a tower falls, do you automatically rebuild it?  No you should take a long hard look and learn why it fell in the first place.  Fix the problem and build again.  But sometimes it's not the builder's fault, but the foundation it's build on.  Unstable plates.  Earth too soft to sustain anything heavy.  Other weaknesses in the foundation.  Not a good foundation.  What happens next?  Pack up and search for strong foundations.  Rebuild, remembering mistakes from the past, and fixing them.  This is how you survive.  I hate that this is a meme now, but winter is coming.  It best to have shelter and a warm fire and full belly, people to watch your backs, others to heal the sick and wounded.  Everyone having a part in surviving that winter.  Change is needed right now.  This is just the beginning.

You can take this post to heart or with a grain of salt.  

We need to change.  For a past 6-7 years, the Entities have been stressing Community.  We need to come together and fix our problems, instead of just whine and cry about it, and pray and magik it away.  The thing about prayer and magik is that they can be pretty damn useless without actions behind them.
